Come spend a Saturday with Linh learning about Vietnam, make and feast on an incredible noodle soup meal!

Vietnamese Egg Rolls   Crab, tofu & noodle soup   Rich coconut, tapioca, and banana dessert

  • Bún riêu: hearty soup with poached crab dumplings, fried tofu, and tomato wedges served over rice vermicelli noodles and beansprouts and topped with fresh Vietnamese herbs
  • Chả giò (Vietnamese Egg Rolls): crispy egg rolls stuffed with ground pork, shrimp, carrots, taro root, wood ear mushrooms, and cellophane noodles
  • Chè chuối: Rich coconut milk soup with mini tapioca pearls and plantain slices

Linh's back to teach another Vietnamese class in San Francisco!  Learn how to make one of Linh's favorite everyday meals featuring a spicy and savory noodle soup with poached crab dumplings, fried tofu, and noodles: it's a whole meal in a bowl!  You'll also learn how to make egg rolls the way Vietnamese eat them at home - not that oily version found in restaurants and of course no meal would be complete with out dessert!  Linh is teaching the class how to make a deliciously creamy coconut, banana, and tapioca dessert.  Get ready to explore!

Be ready to roll up your sleeves as Culture Kitchen classes are hands-on and bring an appetite as we will enjoy a full lunch in class.

***Note: these dishes can be made in class without meat; however, they cannot be made without seafood. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.***
